Shipping & Returns

Returns will be accepted within 7 days of the merchandise arrival date. All returns must have a Returned Authorization (RA). To obtain an RA, call from outside Japan -81-29-824-3393. Inside from Japan 029-824-3393.Or send E-mail hammer4946@aol.com. Please write the number on the package so it can be processed properly. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Warranty returns should include all original hardware, instructions, etc. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on returns. There is no refund on shipping. If for some reason you receive an incorrect item, please call our Customer Service Department. At that time we will ask for the year, make, model and serial number for your vehicle. Please have your invoice, merchandise and packaging with you at the time of the call. If it is a mistake our mistake, we will exchange item no charge. Our Customer Service is available Tuesday thru Sunday, 10:00 窶 19:00 Tokyo Time. Special Ordered Parts cannot be returned. Used and Damaged Parts: Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. Hammer Sycle. is not responsible for merchandise damaged during the shipping process. Any products damaged by the shipping company, must be rectified with the shipping company directly. Return the part in the original box with the invoice number marked on the outside. Include the complete return form with your return. All returns must be sent pre-paid. No collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect you against loss.
